Here are this week’s changes straight from the oven 🙂

  • Improved Navigation: You’ll find that we’ve re-organized the options found under “Contacts & Accounts”. This streamlines navigation to Custom Fields and Custom Objects
  • Custom Fields:
    • You are now free to name a Contact Custom Field with the same name as an existing Account Custom Field and vice versa. For example, you may create a Contact Custom Field name “Status” and an Account Custom Field named “Status”. This would have thrown a warning in the past.
    • You may now use spaces in your custom field names
  • Drip Campaigns & Workflows: An “Edit” button was added to allow you to jump straight into an email from a Campaign to make edits if you like
  • Dynamics CRM/365: We made it possible to sync individual Leads and Contacts marked as “Inactive” in CRM
  • API: We corrected an issue with the CustomAttribute::getMultiple method
  • Campaign Performance Dashboard: This dashboard should load more quickly after some optimizations were made
  • Gmail & Outlook Plugins: We changed the way email opens are recorded in the Activity Stream to improve clarity
  • SugarCRM Integration: We made further progress in migrating this integration to v10 of their REST API

Thanks for stopping by! Stay tuned for next weeks updates.
