New Form Builder Field Types & Other Improvements
- We’ve begun rolling out the first of many changes coming to the Form Builder. This week we added two new field types to make life a bit easier, Countries and States. Each of these are “drop down lists” (also known as “pick lists”).
- The Countries field maps to a Contact’s Country field and will populate it with the full country name
- The States field is for US States. By default it will populate a Contact’s State field with the full name of the selected US state, but you may change this to use the two letter abbreviation if you prefer
- We made it easier for you to copy the Net-Results tracking beacon from the “My Account” section.
- Whenever you make changes to your CRM field mappings (for Salesforce, Dynamics or SugarCRM), it’s important that you then run a “Full Sync” so we can pull the data per your preferences. We’ve added a reminder that pops up whenever you save changes to your CRM field mappings.Why not just start the full sync automatically you say? Because it’s common to make several changes and save as you go. There are also other good reasons for us to refrain from automatically initiating full CRM syncs.
