New This Week!

More Detailed Information in Campaign Report CSVs
  • The .csv (Excel) files that come attached the scheduled campaign reports have been improved to deliver more details…
    • A/B Test .csv files now include a breakdown of the performance of email A, email B, and the “winner” as well as campaign totals
    • Drip Campaign .csv files now detail the performance of each email in your drip campaign
    • Nurture/Workflow .csv files include a breakdown of each “branch” in your campaign
    • All Campaign Types now include a column for “Unique Clicks” in addition to total clicks
  • Estimate Participant Count when Using “Advanced” Participants
We added the ability (via a shiny, blue button) to get an estimated count when using the “Advanced” participants (a Segment) to control who participates in your campaign/workflow.
  • Delete Emails From a Drip Campaign More Easily
Someone noticed that when adding emails to a drip campaign, the ability to remove those emails (an “X”) did not appear until the page had been refreshed. This has been fixed so that any emails may be deleted without the need for a page refresh.
  • Usability Improvement in Lead Scoring
We fixed an issue that made it difficult to click the “Apply” and “Cancel” buttons when leveraging advanced/multiple conditions in a Lead Scoring rule

Stay tuned for next weeks updates.
