- Easy personalization of email subject lines, from, and reply to
You’ve always been able to personalize these parts of your emails but it wasn’t obvious or as easy as we’d like. We’ve added some (obvious) links to help you personalize subject lines, from and reply to labels and email addressesAn example would be to have the from and reply to reflect the lead owner’s first name, last name and email address. Give it a try on any new or existing email! - Uploading a PDF with the minor changes but the same name?
It used to be that when you uploaded a new version of a pdf using the same name as before, it could take a while for that new pdf to “go live” due to caching. We’re happy to let you know that going forward any pdf is “live” immediately (due to “cache busting”, a phrase that we had to work in here 🙂 - New Way to Delete Segments
We added a Delete button to the page where you create/edit Segments (in the past you could only delete a Segment from the “My Segments” page) - New: Email notification when a CRM “full sync” is complete
In addition to notifications regarding any CRM sync errors, you can now also receive an email notification whenever a “full sync” completes
