Improvements were made in the Campaign clone process (when you click the “Save As” button on a Campaign):
  • After cloning a Campaign, references to emails (for example, where you might have a condition like “did click on email A in This Campaign”) would continue to refer to emails sent from the original Campaign, not the new Campaign that was created by the clone process. This could lead to bad outcomes if not adjusted before the Campaign was launched. This has been fixed such that the references are updated and tie to the new, cloned version of the Campaign. And thank goodness for that.
  • When cloning a Nurture Campaign/Workflow that had a “Send Notification” action, the notification recipients would be gone in your newly cloned Campaign. No more.
  • The Campaign UTM (utm_campaign technically) was not being adjusted for the new Campaign when cloned. Fixed.

There are also multiple updates in the Landing Page Builder:

  • Landing Page Builder Modules now have animation capabilities
  • A new “Builder Settings” dialogue was added. Click the 3 vertical dots at the lower left corner of the builder to explore some new options!
  • You now have the ability to upload your own fonts (quite fancy, you)
  • More font weight options have been added
  • There are now approximately 800 fonts available in the Landing Page Builder. Don’t worry, you can type to filter them 😉
  • New font styling choices including strike-through, small caps and underline options
  • New text shadow options have been added to all modules
  • Border options were added to all modules, rows and sections
  • Border radius options were added to all modules, rows and sections
  • A bug was fixed that prevented you from assigning a background color in various parts of the builder

And some additional goodness:

  • When adding conditions to a Segment, the list of Net-Results Forms had been sorted by, well, honestly I’m not sure – date modified? Either way it was not excellent. Forms are now sorted alphabetically to make it easier to find the Form you’re looking for. (Expect much more change in the Segment interface later this year, great stuff coming)
  • Last week we rolled out the ability to check the “Usage” of things like Emails, Forms and such. This week we added the ability to see which Net-Results Landing Pages any of your Forms are being used on.
Note: this will not yet show you other web pages your Form is being used on, so if you’ve embedded your Form on your website (as opposed to a Net-Results Landing Page), that will not show up when you click on “Usage”.
  • We fixed an error that could occur if you used “Subscription Management” in one of your Forms without having created any Subscriptions yet.

Stay tuned for next week’s updates!
