Net-Results has really great segmentation capabilities and the ability to apply those segments across the board. You can trigger campaigns, alerts, syncs or anything else based off of those segments, which means you can get exceptionally granular in your setup. You can really tell this with something like lead scoring, which (like in tools like HubSpot or Pardot) is often limited to a single scoring sheet.
All that flexibility does make the learning curve a little steeper, but fortunately the email, form and landing page builders are “MailChimp”-level easy to use. So for your day-to-day stuff, you’re working with some really easy tools that don’t require IT involvement at all.
And, last but not least, what Net-Results does a lot better than the competition: offer support. All Net-Results customers get unlimited phone and email support. No “premium support plan” that you pay extra for.
Net-Results cons? Honestly, the interface could use an update. Which it will get sooner rather than later.
